A man was driven to the hospital after being shot on July 21 in an unknown/unconfirmed location of the City.
The man, 22, was uncooperative with officers and would not say exactly where he was when he got shot. He would only say he was standing outside a family member’s house when he felt something on his thigh, and then looked down and realized he was shot.
