4th District detectives need help identifying/locating the suspect in the below photos. He is wanted for a burglary incident wherein he stole a Dell computer on August 9, 2024, from a Mills Properties building in the 1100 block of Carr Street.
The suspect is described as a black male, heavy build, with tattoos on both arms. He was wearing a black shirt, black pants, construction vest, balaclava face mask, and white and black shoes.
