District 4 officers responded to a Shooting in the 900 block of O’Fallon around 6:00 p.m. on August 28.
Officers located a 29-year-old man who had been grazed in the head by gunfire. The 29-year-old told officers he was inside his residence when he heard arguing outside followed by gunfire and then realized he had been shot.
EMS responded and transported the 29-year-old man to an area hospital where he was listed as stable.
