Homicide detectives are investigating a shooting that killed an unknown man on September 3 in Benton Park West neighborhood.
At around 3:06 a.m., officers received a call for a person down in the 3100 block of Nebraska. Upon arriving, they located an unknown man in the alley, with an apparent gunshot wound to his head. EMS responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
