District 4 officers responded to a Carjacking in the 500 block of N. 13 around 5:15 a.m. on September 15.
A 47-year-old man told officers he had just parked his maroon 2020 Buick Encore and was getting out when he was approached by two males, possibly in their late teens or early 20s.
The men pulled out guns and announced a robbery. Both men entered the Buick Encore and left the area.
