District 1 officers responded to a call for a Shooting in the 4000 block of Schiller around 7:30 p.m. on September 7.
A 41-year-old man told officers that he was inside of a garage in the 4200 block of Schiller when he got into an argument with a man he only knows by nick name over money. The man pulled out a gun and shot the 41-year-old man.
The 41-year-old man went to a friend’s house nearby and waited approximately an hour before contacting 911 for help.
EMS took the 41-year-old to an a area hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
