Teenage Girl Accidentally Shot by 15-Year-Old Playing with Gun

Around 5:00 p.m. on August 12, District 5 officers were called to a shooting in the 5800 block of Cabanne Avenue. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 14-year-old girl suffering a gunshot wound to the arm. Officers applied a tourniquet to her arm. The teen was transported to the hospital and is stable.
