Her remarkable investigation skills assisted Cahokia Heights in solving a 2024 homicide case. She also played an integral role in solving several other carjackings and violent crimes on both the Missouri and Illinois sides of the river.
Detective Sergeant Foster has exemplified outstanding investigative skills, a strong commitment to teamwork, and unwavering dedication to solving cases and protecting the citizens of St. Louis.
