District 4 detectives need your assistance identifying a suspect wanted in connection to a felony stealing case.
On August 25, 2025, at approximately 12:45 p.m., a wheelchair-bound victim was travelling home on a sidewalk in the 1000 block of Washington Avenue when the suspect grabbed the victim’s briefcase off his lap and ran away. The briefcase was later recovered nearby and was damaged.
The suspect is described as a black male, medium build, wearing a black hat with red lettering, black hair cap, and a Cardinal’s jersey, grey sweatpants and light-colored shoes.
