Detectives are investigating after officers were called to a hold up.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. on June 16 near Grand and Keokuk.
Officers learned the witness was dropping the victim off when he stopped the car and the suspects emerged from an alley and demanded the victim’s property.
The victim relinquished a cross body bag, containing his cell phone and cash.
The witness drove away, fleeing the scene in their vehicle. The investigation is ongoing
