Homicide Detectives are investigating after a man was found shot on February 27, 2026 in the Dutchtown neighborhood.
Around 3:35 a.m., officers received a call for a person laying in the rear alley of the 3900 block of Dunnica. Upon arriving, a man in his 30s was located on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso.
EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene. Detectives are working to determine the circumstances of the incident. Attempts to positively identify the man are also ongoing.
