District 5 is investigating a robbery that happened around 2:50 p.m. on December 30 in the 5800 block of Selber Court.
A 16-year-old male told officers he was hanging out with three other juvenile “acquaintances” who he only knows by nicknames. While hanging out, the 16-year-old said the three acquaintances suddenly pointed firearms at him. The 16-year-old said the armed acquaintances went into his apartment, took two firearms, and then fled from the scene.
The 16-year-old was not injured during the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
