District 4 Downtown Bike Unit officers responded to a Hold Up-In Progress at a business in the 700 block of Olive shortly before 9:30 a.m. on September 6.
A 42-year-old man came into the business, gave a note to the front desk announcing a robbery, and demanded money. An employee called 911.
Officers responded and arrested the 42-year-old man without incident.
The Circuit Attorney’s Office issued a charge of Robbery 1st Degree against the 42-year-old man on September 7.
