On April 12, District 2 officers responded to a carjacking in the 4100 block of Flad, just before 1 a.m.
A 49-year-old man told officers he was parking at the above location when two men stood at the front windows of the vehicle. The man at the driver’s window had a gun and demanded the 49-year-old man to get out of the car. The 49-year-old complied. The man took the 49-year-old’s keys, wallet, and cell phone.
Both men entered the 49-year-old’s black Toyota Camry and drove away.
The Camry was later recovered, unoccupied, in an accident by Edmundson Police.
