District 6 is investigating a shooting that happened on April 7, 2025 in the 2100 block of Adelaide.
Shortly after 2:15 a.m., officers received a call for a shooting at the location. Upon arriving, they located a shooting scene. While searching the scene, officers received a notice of a shooting victim that arrived at the hospital.
Upon arriving to the hospital, officers were directed to a 31-year-old man that was dropped off suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The man was unable to provide a statement due to his condition. He was listed in critical but stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
