District 5 is investigating a shooting that happened at approximately 8:30 p.m. on March 10, 2025 at Euclid Avenue & Leduc Street.
Shortly before midnight, officers received a call for a prior shooting victim at a hospital after a 26-year-old man and a 24-year-old man responded there with the 26-year-old man seeking treatment for a graze wound to his head.
The 26-year-old man told officers he did not remember what happened or where he was when the shooting happened because he was looking at this phone. The 24-year-old man reported they were driving at Euclid & Leduc when gunshots suddenly rang out and struck their vehicle. A third unknown subject then drove the two to the hospital and left before police arrived.
The 26-year-old man that was grazed was listed in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
