On October 10, 2025, just after 10pm, District 4 officers responded to the area of Gratiot and 6th Street for a shooting. When officers arrived, they located a 31-year-old man, who had been shot, lying in a parking lot. He was not conscious and barely breathing.
EMS responded and conveyed the man to the hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
District 4 detectives responded to the scene and are handling the investigation.
