On March 29, 2025, just before 10:00 PM, District 6 officers responded to an O’Fallon neighborhood gas station in the 4700 block of Bircher Ave for a robbery. When they arrived, they spoke with the victim, a 41-year-old man, who reported his vehicle was stolen at gunpoint.
A preliminary investigation revealed the victim had just made a purchase inside the gas station and was returning to his black Dodge Charger when an unknown male wearing all dark clothing, armed with a gun, ran up to him and announced a robbery. The victim complied, turned over his keys and the suspect took off in the Charger.
The victim was not injured in this incident.
