District 2 officers responded to an area hospital around 4:15 p.m. on September 14 where a 47-year-old man drove himself after being shot.
When officers arrived to speak with the 47-year-old man, he had already been rushed into surgery. Officers were advised the man was in critical condition.
At this time investigators are unable to determine the circumstances nor the location of where the incident occurred. The investigation is ongoing.
