District 4 is investigating a shooting that left a man injured on August 12 in the Covenant Blu/Grand Center neighborhood.
At approximately 4:45 a.m., officers received a call for a shooting in the 3500 block of Page Blvd. Upon arriving, they located a 58-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. The victim told officers he was walking at the location around 4:30 a.m. when he heard gunshots and then felt pain. EMS responded and transported the victim to the hospital where he was listed in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
