Man Shot in Crossfire in Greater Ville

On April 12, District 6 officers responded to a nearby hospital for a shooting that happened in the 4400 block of Lexington, at approximately 2:30 p.m.

Officers were advised that a 27-year-old man was in surgery for a gunshot wound to his leg. The man was in critical but stable condition.

A 46-year-old man and a 32-year-old man told officers they were all driving near the above location. They saw two unknown men arguing on the corner of the location. The two men then pointed guns at each other and started shooting.

The 27-year-old quickly drove away from the area and told the others he was shot.
