District 3 officers responded to a call for a Shooting in the 3800 block of Louisiana around 11:15 p.m. on August 14.
A 24-year-old man told officers he had driven to the 4200 block of Minnesota when he heard gunshots and realized he had been shot. He did not see where the shots came from and he drove to the 3800 block of Louisiana where he contacted 911 for help.
EMS responded and transported the man to an area hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
