Homicide Detectives are investigating a shooting that left a 37-year-old man dead on April 13, 2025 in the 3500 block of Alberta.
Shortly before 8:15 p.m., officers received a call for a shooting at the location. Upon arriving, they located the 37-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. EMS responded and transported Woods to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased. He has been identified as Jesse Woods of the 3800 block of Louisiana.
