District 4 officers responded to a Shooting in the 1300 block of St. Louis shortly before 1:00 a.m. on November 16.
As officers arrived, numerous people were leaving the area in vehicles.
A 49-year-old man was privately taken to an area hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
The man told officers he was outside of a bar with multiple people when he heard gunshots and realized he had been shot in the foot. He did not see where the shots came from or who was firing them.
