District 6 is investigating a shooting that happened on February 3 in the 4400 block of Farlin Avenue.
At approximately 8:40 p.m., officers received a call regarding a prior shooting wherein the victim, a 41-year-old male who was shot in his leg, was enroute to the hospital.
Upon arriving to the hospital, officers spoke to the man who said he was sitting on a porch in the 4400 block of Farlin when an unknown male suspect approached from a vacant lot. The 41-year-old man said the suspect then fired shots at him.
The 41-year-old man was listed in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
