District 3 is investigating a shooting that happened on September 11, 2025 at a gas station parking lot in Tower Grove East.
Just before 12:30 a.m., officers received a ‘shots fired’ call at the BP gas station in the 3100 block of S. Grand Blvd. While canvassing the area, officers received a second call from a hospital regarding a shooting victim that was dropped off suffering from gunshot wounds.
Officers responded to the hospital; however, the shooting victim, a 39-year-old man, was unable to provide a statement due to his condition. He was listed as critical/unstable.
Detectives are continuing their investigation to determine what led up to the man being shot.
