Investigators have identified the deceased victim as 28-year-old Maurice Walker of the 3400 block of Osage St.

A 28-year-old man has died after being found shot on August 18 in the Tower Grove South neighborhood.
At 11:45 p.m., officers were called to S. Grand Blvd & Utah Pl for a shooting victim. Upon arrival, they located the 28-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds and unable to provide a statement due to his condition.
EMS responded and transported the victim to the hospital where he was listed in critical condition and later died around 5:30 a.m. on August 19. The Homicide Division assumed the ongoing investigation.
