District 6 is investigating a shooting that happened on March 23, 2025 in the 5500 block of Lillian.
A 37-year-old man told officers he was walking home when a silver SUV pulled up to him and an unknown person(s) fired gunshots at him. The 37-year-old was struck in his arm and then ran home and contacted police.
EMS responded and transported the 37-year-old man to the hospital where he was listed in critical/stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
