Homicide Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened on December 28, 2025 in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood.
Around 2 p.m. on December 28, officers received a call for a shooting in the 4800 block of Minnesota. Upon arriving, they located a man in his 20s suffering from gunshot wounds. EMS responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Detectives are working to learn what led up to the incident and the circumstances behind the motive.
