The SLMPD Accident Reconstruction Unit is investigating a pedestrian crash where an adult man was left in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in the 1400 block of Goodfellow Ave.
A preliminary investigation suggests that on March 6, 2026, just before 8:00PM, the victim was walking south in the southbound lanes of Goodfellow between Wells and Ridge, when he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.
The man was taken to an area hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
