The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department hosted a graduation ceremony Thursday night for Recruit Class 2024-03.
The ceremony, held at Harris-Stowe State University, was held for the recruits after 32 weeks of rigorous physical training and hours of classroom instruction. The newest members of the SLMPD are ready to embark on their new journeys as St. Louis police officers.
Chief of Police Robert Tracy administered the oath of office during the ceremony to officially welcome the 10 officers.
