Homicide Detectives are investigating a shooting that left a male in his late teens dead on May 25, 2025 in Lasalle Park.
At approximately 7:33 p.m., officers received a call for a shooting in the 1000 block of Lasalle Park Ct. Upon arriving, they located the teen suffering from a gunshot wound inside a residence. EMS responded and transported the teen to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
An investigation into the circumstances of the incident remains underway. However, a preliminary investigation suggests the teen was outside at the location when he was shot. The teen has not yet been identified.
