District 6 officers responded to a Carjacking on September 5 in the 4400 block of Penrose just before 10 a.m.
A 36-year-old woman told officers she was getting groceries out her car. Two men approached her asking for a lighter. When she turned around to get the lighter both men pulled out guns and pointed them at the 36-year-old woman.
The two men entered and drove off in the 36-year-old woman’s white Audi Q3.
The 36-year-old woman was not injured. The investigation is ongoing.
