District 4 officers responded to a Shooting at the Shell gas station located at 721 N Tucker around 4:45 a.m. on July 27.
A 25-year-old woman had been shot while inside of a vehicle. A 28-year-old woman was also inside of the vehicle but was not injured.
The 25-year-old woman was transported by EMS to an area hospital where she was listed in critical/stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
