District 3 officers responded to a Shooting outside of a bar in the 1000 block of Sidney around 10:00 p.m. on November 22. Officers found a 50-year-old man shot in the leg and applied a tourniquet prior to EMS arriving. EMS took the man to an area hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
