Investigators have identified the deceased driver as 49-year-old William Cowley of the 3300 block of Missouri Avenue.

The suspect is wanted for a burglary incident wherein he stole a computer on August 9, 2024, from a Mills Properties leasing office basement at 1115 Carr Street.

Investigators have identified the deceased pedestrian as 65-year-old Joe Polk.

District 4 is investigating a robbery that occurred on July 23 in the Riverfront neighborhood.

District 4 detectives need assistance identifying/locating them in connection to a shooting that left two men injured on August 18, 2024 at a BP Gas Station (902 S. Broadway)
