One is man dead, another is injured, in Gate District Neighborhood shooting on January 13, 2025.

Homicide Detectives are investigating the shooting death of a man that occurred on January 11, 2025 in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood.

Homicide Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened on December 28, 2025 in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood.

On December 6, 2025, around 5:15PM, District 6 officers responded to the 600 block of Fremont for a shooting.

UPDATE: The deceased man has been identified as 38-year-old Kevin Karnes of St. Louis City. UPDATE: Homicide Detectives arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with this case. Charges were issued for Murder 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action (2x) and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Homicide Detectives are investigating a shooting that left a 38-year-old man

On November 9, 2025, just before 11:30PM, District 1 officers received a call for a shooting at S. Grand and Meramec.

On November 1, 2025, around 3:15PM, District 1 officers responded to the 7100 block of Alabama for a shooting.
