Cops Care Libraries

Cops Care Libraries are wooden structures filled with donated books for children of all ages. We encourage children to “take a book, keep a book”. The six Cops Care Libraries have themes dedicated to various divisions within the police department and are placed throughout the Dutchtown neighborhood. Each library will be stocked, maintained and cared for by St. Louis Police Officers. The books are free for children of all ages to enjoy. Cops Care Libraries were funded by the family of the late Paul Reiter who was a resident of Dutchtown until his untimely death.
